Interesting post from the creator of PhotoPea, a free online Photoshop compatible image editor that has had their web code deobfuscated and ported to Rust by someone creating a competitor that is based on PhotoPea. They want GitHub to take down the code that was ported over by LLMs because they assert that it's a violation of their copyright. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=49982498 This is going to end up being a losing battle.
